About this program

Day Camp Leaders-in-Training program for teens ages 13 to 15 at Federal Way Community Center. Week 1 focuses on leadership skills with a field trip to Les Gove Park in Auburn. DCITs spend the week training and supporting day camp leaders in the K-8 Summer Camp, building leadership and problem-solving skills.
